Thermal break makes the difference
The old aluminium windows found in so many Benidorm towers were solid metal from inside to outside, so they passed the heat and cold straight through. A thermal break profile has an insulating barrier built into the middle of the frame. You keep the strength and slim sightlines of aluminium, without the cold frame in winter or the hot one in August.
When to choose aluminium over PVC
- You want the slimmest possible frames and the most glass, especially on a view.
- The openings are very large, where aluminium's stiffness lets us make bigger sashes.
- You want a particular RAL colour or a textured powder coat to match railings or doors.
- The building already has aluminium and the community wants the facade to stay consistent.

Frames are powder coated, so the colour is baked on and won't chalk or flake in the sun. Anthracite, black, white, bronze and textured greys are the common choices, and dual colour frames are available. We fit concealed hinges and multi-point locks as standard on opening sashes, with lockable handles for ground floor and terrace level windows.
Fitting without the mess
We measure every opening ourselves rather than working from old drawings, because few Benidorm buildings are perfectly square. On the day we protect floors and furniture, remove the old frames, fit and seal the new ones and leave the reveals tidy. Old windows go away with us.

Questions we get asked
Are aluminium windows as efficient as PVC?
A good thermal break aluminium window comes close. PVC is usually slightly better for insulation on the same budget, and aluminium wins on slim frames and large sizes.
Will the frames corrode near the sea?
Powder coated aluminium with marine-grade pre-treatment stands up well to salt air. Rinsing the frames with fresh water now and then keeps them looking new.
Can I have a different colour inside and outside?
Yes. Dual colour frames are common, for example anthracite outside to match the building and white inside.
