Sierra Cortina and Golf Bahía
The gated villas and apartments of Sierra Cortina and Golf Bahía were built with big windows to face the sea and Benidorm's skyline. Owners here usually come to us to upgrade the original glazing for better insulation, to add glass curtains or a terrace enclosure to a windy terrace, or to replace a sliding door with a lift-and-slide that opens properly to the pool.
Balcón de Finestrat and Terra Marina
Higher up, the developments around Balcón de Finestrat and Terra Marina enjoy the panoramic views the area is named for, and take the wind that comes with them. Thermal break aluminium windows, solar control glass and motorised shutters keep these homes comfortable through the summer.

WhatsApp usLa Cala de Finestrat
Down at the coast, the apartment buildings around La Cala de Finestrat beach face the same salt air and afternoon sun as Poniente. Window replacements, terrace closures and repairs to sticking sliders are our everyday work here.
The old village and Camporrosso
In Finestrat Pueblo and the quieter urbanisations such as Camporrosso, we fit front doors and replacement windows in village houses and townhouses, measured by hand for openings that are never quite square.

Questions we get asked
Do you work in gated urbanisations like Sierra Cortina?
Yes. We arrange access with the urbanisation's security in advance, so you only need to let us know which gate to use.
Can you match the windows the developer fitted?
In most cases, yes. We bring profile and colour samples to the measuring visit so new frames match the rest of the house.
