Benidorm is a city of towers, and most of our work here is in apartments. That shapes how we do things. We fit from inside, we work around porteros, lifts and community rules, and we know which buildings have an agreed colour and profile for terrace closures.
Rincón de Loix and Levante
The blocks behind Levante beach and up through Rincón de Loix Alto are mostly from the 1970s to the 1990s, many still with their original single glazed sliders. Swapping these for UPVC double glazing or thermal break aluminium is the single biggest comfort upgrade for a Rincón flat, cutting the late-night noise from the bars and the winter chill alike. Small terraces here are ideal for glass curtains.
Poniente and La Cala
The newer towers along Poniente and towards La Cala de Benidorm have big terraces and wide views, and they take the full westerly wind in the afternoons. Terrace enclosures and lift-and-slide doors are what people ask us for most here.

In the narrow streets of the Old Town and the low-rise houses of Colonia Madrid and Juzgados, the work is more often front doors, shutters and window replacements in older casas, where openings are rarely square and every frame is measured by hand.
Sierra Helada and Sierra Dorada
Up towards Sierra Helada and Sierra Dorada, the villas and townhouses on the hillside get big views and strong sun. Solar control glass, motorised shutters and bi-fold doors onto the pool terrace are the usual brief.

Do you work in high-rise buildings?
Yes, most of our Benidorm work is in apartment towers. We fit from inside, book lift use with the portero and follow the community's standard for terrace closures.
Can you do the work while I'm away?
Yes. Many of our Benidorm customers are only here part of the year. We arrange access with a key holder or the portero and send photos when the job is done.
Which part of Benidorm do you cover?
All of it, from Rincón de Loix and Sierra Helada in the east to Poniente and La Cala in the west, plus the Old Town and everything in between.
